Starting Wt. 264 - R1 D 19 Today's Wt. 251
Down 1 Today... Yay!
Today was my first day back to work after being out of town for 8 days. It was nice to be home over the weekend and great to have a couple of days off after such a long trip. It's also great to be back to strict Dr. Simeons Protocol.
At this point I am wondering how to handle TOM. I should have started by now, but haven't. Do I stop taking hCG for a couple of days? Or do I wait for it to start? and then stop taking hCG ... and for how long?
