LIW- 240 Today's weight 243 + 3
How are you'all doing? I have been so crammed with work lately, and my kids are on spring break. I havn't even checked my emal in 2 days. I am feeling a bit better that my weight isn't still climbing. I was really stressing over it for a bit. I don't want to be in the position of having to "relose" weight that was already previously lost.... and I have so much to lose yet already.
But things have calmed a bit. So that is good. Next week I go to California again and then to Atlanta and Jacksonville the week after. (Not sure if I have to hit Miami, but maybe.) Then home for a week before I am off again to Las Vegas. After that I can start P2 again (Mother's Day weekend) should be a good time to start.
Becca and Biz, thanks for checking in with me. I appreciate your comments and suggestions. It really helps to have someone to talk to who understands it all. Biz... I've been hearing about some "bootcamp" what's that all about?

Sorry about being MIA
Hi all! Well, I have been crazy busy... so sorry about being MIA! I am traveling again next week. home for a few days, and then gone for two weeks straight.... Atlanta, Jacksonville, Miami and then a week trade show in Las Vegas. After that, I should be home for a while.
Anyhowsy.... I have NOT been a good girl.... and I am UP again!
This morning WT 245 LIW 240 so I am +5 Ughhhhh!
I have been exercising though.... so at least I should be toning up some. I would like to at least be back to LIW before I start round 2, which I have targeted for May 12. But I am trying to work on just eating healthy, and learning what is right for me. I really hate all the up and down though! My plan is to go 30 days on, then 30 days off and then 30 days on again in hopes to drop another 40 - 50 pounds by the end of September. I hope that is not too ambitious.... but I figure, you gotta have goals. And I can always readjust as I go along. In round 1 I lost 23.5 pounds in 40 days, in which 8 of those days I was traveling and the last week I pretty much blew. So I figure it is doable if I really stick to my plan. We shall see! :)
