Quick update

Hi All! Hope everyone had a great 4th! Well I stuck it out and finished my P2 on June 30th. My LIW was 229.5 so a total of 11.5 pounds gone for R2. Not terrific.... but better than nothing at all. Plus, with the interruptions I had, I really am not complaining.

TOM is here now... just in time to mock me with a nice 6 pound gain. So today I am a 235.5 I hate TOM! Just when you're feeling like you're making some progress... he shows up and blow it all to hell! OK... so I am trying my best to just focus on P3 foods and get plenty of liquids.

The fourth was lots of fun! We went to the beach house and the kids enjoyed all the fireworks! My daughter leaves for summer camp tomorrow and I am taking my son on a little trip before he leaves for boot camp the end of the month. Hope everyone is doing great!

Too many deviations!

Hi all! Today I am still sitting at 235. I am having trouble sticking to strict protocol. Steak day was a flop. I went all day with nothing and then had steak... but then blew it and had a piece of fruit, not even thinking about it. ...No loss in the am... so then I was going to try eggs (even though I'm still on P2.) had 2 eggs in the morning and then blew it again when a friend dropped in and wanted to take me to lunch... Had greek salad dressing & all... so again... too many deviations. I think my head just isn't in the game right now... I should probably stop wasting the hcg at this point and go to P3 for a while. But I have really lacking weight loss this round. Only 7 pounds due to my many trips and just going up and down on the same 2-3 pounds. Plus, I think this is a plateau weight, as I was here a few years ago for a long time. What are your thoughts?

Steak Day Today

Well it's been a few days since I posted. Here are my stats today.
Today's weight 235 - Yesterday's weight 235 No loss Today... I have been slow on this round for sure.. just gaining and losing the same stuff over and over. But I knew this would probably happen with the interruptions I have had. I have 6 more injections and would like to make it to the 220s before starting on P3 break. with the slowness of loss I have been experiencing, I don't think it's going to happen. But today I am going to do a steak day and see what it brings me tomorrow.

I have been so busy with the summer here (If you can call it summer here) We are working on the deck. building a deck on a hill side is definitely a challenge. But it is coming along. Poor Tim... he is very sick of my "projects". LOL But I can't seem to help it.... I see stuff that just needs to be "fixed" and I have about 10 more lined up after the deck. Maybe I am a home improvement fanatic? Well, eventually it will get all get there.... anyway...I know Home Depot and Lowes love me. LOL

It's great to see you all my dear friends! You have all been so wonderful! Thanks for stopping by! I enjoy the visits!

A Nice Loss - yay!

R2 P2 VLCD 1 complete after break - Yesterday's weight 238 - Today's weight 236.5 - 1.5 (+ 3 from LIW before break)

Well yesterday went fairly well. I had a chicken salad with balsamic vinegar for lunch and a taco salad with lean ground hamburger and tomato salsa for dinner. It was nice to see a 1.5 pound loss. I was pretty busy yesterday, so I had trouble getting the water in, so I was afraid that would affect any loss this morning, but all is good! I will make sure I get all the water in today though.

Thanks Biz and Becca for your encouraging words yesterday. It really helps.

I have a request for all my friends out here in blog land if you don't mind.... It's been very cold up here in Washington this spring and our crops that we have planted are not getting the warmth they need to come up from the ground. We already have one field that is a total loss and so far, it's iffy on the others. I count my blessings that we are not under water right now like many of the folks in the midwest, however, I am a big believer of good prayers... so any prayers would truly be appreciated for us right now! We really need some warm weather in order to snap out of this, and so far it's looking like another stint of rain and cold. Thank you all in advance! :)

Home again, home again... Jiggity Jig!

Hi Ya'll! I am back from the beach and my son graduated from high school on friday. Phew.... I am so glad he made it! :) I have to say, I was not too protocol friendly while I was gone. So consequently, I have pretty much negated any progress I had going on! I am such a backslider!
Well... time for confession! Here are my stats
LIW before my trip 233.5 - Today's weight 238 + 4.5 pounds and a stall of about 3 weeks time. But I will get back with it and see what kind of progress I can make in the next couple of weeks.

I should have come to blog land right away when I got home to see all of my inspiring friends. It has really motivated me to see what everyone has been up to! (Thank you all for always being there!) .....But.... I was so busy "catching up" and trying to handle graduation things, that I just didn't seem to have any time to head on over and see everyone (BIG mistake!). Plus TOM was around, bringin' me down... I didn't have my head in the game. Well, here I am now, so .... I am committed to get back with it!

Here are some more confessions...Last weekend I drank beer, yesterday I ate salmon BBQ'd with butter and honey and a cupcake with chocolate frosting that was much too sweet. I had a hard time sleeping last night cuz my gut was churning. So anyway, it's time to get back to 500 calories and "cleanse" away my sins! LOL

Off to the beach

Hi all! Well My daughter and I are off to the beach in Florida this morning. I am Sooooo looking forward to this! I have been crazily working at my office this week, trying to get everything done before I go. It seems like that is always the case!

Well, This morning I was up 2 pounds. 235. This week I had pretty much hovered at 233, but yesterday I didn't drink enough water and probably had too much protein.

Anyway, I am taking a week break, while at the beach with my sister and our daughters. I will work on a "No sugar, no starch" menu, and see how I do when I get back. If I can just keep where I am, I will be happy!

Becca, How was your trip?

Unstuck!

Well I've been out and about this weekend, working on our house, going to parties (baby shower, birthdays and BBQs) Drinking too much wine....so I haven't been very protocol friendly (although I really never overate.... just not the right stuff.) So anyway, here I am, scared to death to even weigh myself... This morning I get on the scale and lo and behold, I am down 2.5 pounds from the last time I weighed, which was a couple of days ago! So I guess I needed to take a little break to get "unstuck." Yay Me! LOL

So, Here are my stats: R2, P2 - VLCD13 starting weight 241 - Today's weight 233.5 down 7.5 pounds this round and a total of 30.5 - Wow.... I've hit the 30 pound mark. That is awesome. So maybe I can make it to 230 by friday when my daughter and I leave for Florida.

B and Biz, thanks so much for your support! I was really getting a bit discouraged. But you guys are great at helping me to just hang in there. (Although I really did spend the weekend deviating... so I think I was just lucky this go around.) But I will get back on track because I do KNOW that this protocol works!

Happy Memorial Day to all!
