Stat: R2 P2 VLCD3 complete - Starting Weight 241 (+1 from R1 LIW) Yesterday's weight 237.5 - Today's Weight 237 - Overnight loss .5- Total loss 4 lbs.

Good Morning my friends! I am happy to say that I woke up to a .5 pound loss. I was somewhat surprised, because TOM is lurking (although hasn't shown yet) but I have been feeling my body bloat up over the last day and a half. I have been drinking plenty of water, yet only peeing about a tablespoon at a time....sooooo, I am feeling fairly "puffy" Funny thing, this protocol really helps you to pay more attention to your body and how it's functioning. I am so much more "tuned in" than I was before.

Yesterday's menu: Breakfast - Coffee and Grapefruit, Lunch- clear tomato veggie soup and broccoli salad. Dinner - Shrimp, snap peas and bluberries. Total caories 547 -oops.... a little over! I also don't think the snap peas are on p2 protocol, but better than a candy bar right? LOL

I had to stay in town late last night. Wednesday is the ex's night with my daughter. So I usually stay in town and work late at my office, so I don't have to go back into town later to pick her up around 8:30. We live about a half hour out of town. Anyway, I have to be a little creative with dinner on Wednesday nights. I went to the grocery store and got some large cooked shrimp, some blueberries (thinking of Biz there) and a veggie I could munch on raw - that's where the snap peas came in. according to the package, they are about 40 calories per serving - 3 servings to the bag. I would have been fine with 1 serving.... but by the end of the night... I ate them all!

My virtual model had disappeared for a couple of days, so I finally managed to get her back up. WOW, I am liking the body in the bikini. It would truly be a bonus if that's how it ends up.... But I'm pretty sure I would have to have a boob job in order to get those ones! LOL I'm thinking the body below is more reasonable....which is still great! Hopefully I will be there by next summer!

Dancin' with excitement!

Good Morning all! I am so excited! Another good loss!

Today's stats after completing 2 full days of vlcd are as follows:
R2 P2 Starting weight 241 (1 lb over R1 LIW) Yesterday's weight - 239, Today's weight - 237.5 1.5 loss overnight and a loss of 3.5 pounds in 2 days! That is a total loss of 26.5 pounds since I started last February. I am pushing 30 now! I LOVE this protocol!

After weighing myself this morning, I thought of the crazy doctor on the Ed & Jenn show and just laughed! The poor dear really does NOT have a clue! I am SOOOO glad that Dr. S had a clue though! ROFL.

My goal for this round is to let go of 20 pounds on a 30 day cycle. At the rate I'm going, I should reach that in about 12 days. I know I know! the losses will slow down....especially since I have TOM lurking in the shadows any day now.... but it's always nice to fantasize! Anyway, I am going to relish in my 3.5 pound R2 loss today and look forward to another great loss tomorrow! :) Hope you all have a very terrific day!

A lot of 2s today! R2 P2 VLCD 2 - And....

Ok, So here are my stats
R2 P2 Starting weight 241 - VLCD 2 today's weight....drum roll pleeeeeease.... 239 Yaaaay! a 2 pound drop!

Hi Ya'll! I am very happy to say that I woke up to a very nice loss this morning of 2 pounds!
So far, here is today's menu:
Breakfast: Coffee and a small grapefruit
Lunch: Salad with grilled chicken and balsalmic vinegar.

Tonight I am picking up my daughter from Ballet lessons and taking her to "family karoke night". So I will probably have another salad for dinner. That's all for now! Gotta run!

R2 - Woo Hoo!

Woo Hoo! I am back on P2! This is R2 - VLCD 1 - This morning I weighed in at 241 so + 1 from LIW of R1. I ate freely yesterday, so that didn't surprise me at all. I even ate an ice cream sundae last night before I went to bed! Yum!

So this is my menu today....
Breakfast - Coffee and a small grapefruit. Lunch - 1 C Manhattan style clam chowder - Dinner - Asparagus and white fish. (Talapia) I know there was recently some talk about talapia being real fatty, But I purchased some frozen filets from Costco, and according to the package, each filet is 85 calories and 1 gram of fat. Anyway, my total calories for the day is 414. I am happy with that and have not been hungry at all today! I am so happy to be back on P2 and looking forward to some weight loss. I can't wait until tomorrow morning. :)

Happy Mother's Day to All You Moms Out There!

Hi there! Just a quickie note to wish all you moms a Happy Mother's Day!
I am starting R2 vlcd tomorrow Today I am at my LIW of 240 so I am very happy about that!

Today I am going to a BBQ at my sister's. I made potato salad and a spagetti squash casserole to take to the party. My family made me a wonderful breakfast this morning with all the trimmings, so I am loading up just fine! LOL (Wasn't really going to do that, but it seems that is the way this day is going! I will at least try not to eat too much!) So Tomorrow! I am getting down to business with all of you other P2-ers out there!

Becca, I think I will try the interruption on vacation, even though I will be short of the 23 days. I know it will slow me down.... but better some weight loss than nothing, and I will try to keep it to the calories to a minimum while vacationing. With all my trips, I have found that I do ok as long as I east fresh foods and keep the alcohol to a minimum.
