Hi all! Well, I have been crazy busy... so sorry about being MIA! I am traveling again next week. home for a few days, and then gone for two weeks straight.... Atlanta, Jacksonville, Miami and then a week trade show in Las Vegas. After that, I should be home for a while.
Anyhowsy.... I have NOT been a good girl.... and I am UP again!
This morning WT 245 LIW 240 so I am +5 Ughhhhh!
I have been exercising though.... so at least I should be toning up some. I would like to at least be back to LIW before I start round 2, which I have targeted for May 12. But I am trying to work on just eating healthy, and learning what is right for me. I really hate all the up and down though! My plan is to go 30 days on, then 30 days off and then 30 days on again in hopes to drop another 40 - 50 pounds by the end of September. I hope that is not too ambitious.... but I figure, you gotta have goals. And I can always readjust as I go along. In round 1 I lost 23.5 pounds in 40 days, in which 8 of those days I was traveling and the last week I pretty much blew. So I figure it is doable if I really stick to my plan. We shall see! :)

Hey Liz, I think you'll stabilize now that you're back on your regular schedule. It's just so hard when you travel (or have company!)
But your plan sounds solid and I'm sure you'll do great!
5 lbs is NOT bad at all sweetie, just eat right for a couple of days and they will melt off. How are your cals? How are the ratios?
